Combining natural pain relief therapies like myofascial release, dry needling, and chiropractic adjustments with strength training and nervous system regulation techniques, Dr. Sarah will show you how to take control of your health.
Movement is medicine
Dr. Sarah believes that movement is medicine. Chiropractic sessions include an exercise component to help retrain movement patterns, build strength, and reduce stress. A Health At Every Size (HAES) provider, Dr. Sarah knows that healthy bodies come in all shapes and sizes, and focuses her nutrition counseling on eating for well-being. Dr. Sarah believes in collaborating with her patients’ medical teams to provide the best outcomes for patients, and stays current with recommended vaccinations to keep her patients safe. Dr. Sarah is a part of the LGBTQ+ community, and is dedicated to maintaining a trauma-informed, safe space where diversity is celebrated and all people are welcomed, respected, and supported.
Dr. Sarah is welcoming new patients for in-person sessions in Portland, Maine, telehealth visits for residents of Virginia and Maine, and virtual coaching sessions for everyone else.

Covid Precautions
Dr. Sarah has received the recommended 2025 COVID-19 and flu vaccines, and advocates that everyone who is able gets vaccinated and boosted. She wears a mask in every patient visit, tests after traveling, and sanitizes all surfaces and equipment in the office between visits.
